Actuarial Science Club’s annual career fair, Meet the Firms, is the club’s top networking event each year. Especially in this year’s virtual environment, it’s important to learn how to network and use your Elevator Pitch to tell a story that intrigues recruiters. CNA Insurance consultants and actuarial recruiters, Jake Akstins and Chloe Marshinski, are providing their insight on how to successfully introduce yourself and leave a great first impression on your dream company. The Elevator Pitch Workshop will be taking place on September 14, 2020 at 5:00-6:00 pm through Zoom. An activity will follow the presentation, allowing you the opportunity to network with your fellow actuarial science students and practice your Elevator Pitch before Meet the Firms!
