Come and learn about a potential actuarial career at PwC! From 6:00-7:00, we'll present on the broader culture and initiatives at PwC and give insight on our various actuarial consulting groups, which include work for health, retirement, P&C, and life actuaries. We will be discussing details on our internship positions, entry-level jobs, and how the Actuarial Student Program supports employees on their exam journey. Finally, we'll explain important details on the application deadlines and process. Black Dog barbecue will be served.From 7:00-8:00, we will be holding a Meet and Greet, where each of the presenters will have five-minute time slots to meet with students to answer questions and discuss joining PwC as an intern or full-time employee. Please note that due to national application deadlines, PwC will not be attending Meet the Firms.We highly encourage any students interested in one of PwC's actuarial positions to schedule time during this Meet and Greet. Please register for a maximum of 1 slot to give everyone an opportunity. We also recommend bringing a resume with you. Antonio DeSario: Antonio is a manager in the retirement section of the People & Organization practice at PwC (and a former Illini). Christy Chiappetta: Christy is a senior associate in the health section of the People & Organization practice at PwC (and a former Illini). She is an F.S.A., and her work often includes helping large health insurers from across the country evaluate their pricing and reserving processes, as well as assisting them through financial reporting and ERM issues. Josh Ababio: Joshua is an associate in the life section of the Actuarial Services practice at PwC. He is currently working towards ASA designation and his work includes auditing life insurers to ensure regulatory compliance as well as providing consulting services to address client issues and help them modernize.
